Return Policy | Physical Items
Damaged Goods: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please review and follow the instructions that you receive with your shipment.
Wrong Size: If you need to exchange an item because you ordered the wrong size, please contact us at email@example.com. Because our physical items are made to order, there may be a restock fee in order to cover shipping costs.
Wrong Address: If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales are final. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the event of a duplicate purchase.
